When will my order be ready?
Orders will take 5-10 buisness days. We will print every Thursday and deliver/ship Fridays. If it is a holiday week, times may vary.
I need my ordered rushed. Can I get it sooner? Please email us at [email protected] or text 503-729-2604 with your order number/name and date you need it. We willl do our best to meet your deadline.
Shipping/Pick up/Delivery:
Use code LOCAL if you want us to deliver to your house. This is for Gladstone residents only at this time. We will send notification that your order has been delivered via email notification and/or text a photo. Make sure address is correct at check out.
Use code GHSSTUDENT if you want us to deliver to the high school. This is for GHS Students only. We will send a notification via email that it is ready to pick up at the front office.
All other orders will be shipped. Shipping will start at $5. We will send a notification with tracking code via email provided at checkout.
How do the garments fit? Adult hoodies, crews, and tshirts are standard unisex fit. We recommend going one size up in Youth Hoodies. Here is a spec sheet.
Return policy:
No returns or exchanges. All orders are custom made. Please make sure you have the right size, color and quantity before you check out. We do want everyone happy, so if there is any concerns please email us at [email protected] your name, order number and the concern and let's see what we can do.
Washing recommendations:
Our items are screen printed, embroidered, or heat transfered. For the best life of your apparel we recommend the following:
Wash inside out
Wash with cold water
No harsh detergents/chemicals
Gentle cycle
Air dry or Tumble dry
No high heat.

Can you run a fundraiser for our team?
Yes. Please email us for more information. We can plan a presale.
What is a presale? A presale is ordering product before it is launched. Sometimes for fundraisers or big group orders we will plan a presale and deliver in bulk by a certain date. The sale might go 2 weeks and then we deliver all items after the fundraiser closes.
What does Glads Universal mean? It means its not specific to one sport or event. You can wear any of the items to any event. Some days we go to a baseball game straight to a soccer game or maybe you have a player in football and one cheering--you're ready for it all!
